Henriette established Effective Music & Media Law in 2000 to provide services for a wide range of music and media clients. Over the years, she has represented artists, producers, composers, and songwriters - as well as music publishers, labels, managers, and film/TV production companies.

Henriette’s expertise sits at the intersection of music and media - supporting creators and companies working in film, television, advertising, games, digital content, and live performance - advising on everything from soundtrack rights and composer deals to score licensing, syncs, and branded content. Past and present clients include Air-Edel, Beggars Group, Cutting Edge, Iron Maiden LLP, Gaumont UK and Tempo Productions.

Built on a foundation of industry experience and legal expertise, the consultancy has earned a reputation for delivering tailored, practical advice to both creative talent and businesses.

The company now includes a number of consultants with in-depth experience across media including film, TV and other creative content, digital and social, brands and events, corporate and IP rights strategy, GDPR, tech and AI. We also collaborate with partners at law firms that can assist with dispute support and employment matters and offer initial free consultations on these matters.

Cory Bryant

Cory is a UK television business affairs consultant with over a decade of experience across high-end drama, comedy and children's production, working with both production companies and individual talent on projects for broadcasters and streamers including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Paramount+.

He specialises in on-screen talent agreements within the UK's PACT/Equity framework - covering lead, supporting and child artists - alongside writer, director, producer and contributor agreements. His work also extends to a wide range of production contracts including more niche areas such as stunt, puppeteer and presenter agreements.

Cory is available to provide specialist BA support and advice on a broad range of UK television business affairs matters.
